- 4 Apples (Gala work well)
- Preheat your oven to 150°C with the fan on.
- Core your apple then cut into 3mm slices.
- Lay your slices out on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then sprinkle with a generous shake of cinnamon.
- Bake for 2 hours, turning the slices at the halfway mark. Cool and then store in an airtight container.
