Lullabies to help your kids get to sleep

Singing a lullaby to your young child before bed is a great way to soothe them to sleep and might be a good addition to their bedtime routine. Even if singing isn’t your strong suit, you will never have a more appreciative or less critical audience (so lap it up while it lasts!). If singing makes you really uncomfortable, you could always download your little one’s favourite lullabies or soothing songs and play them before bed to help them sleep.

The following classics are the Cenovis mums’ tried and tested simple sleeping remedies to send their little ones off to dream land. Though they have been known to make up their own!
